Evolve Movement Dept. is a private training studio in Missoula, Montana, owned and operated by Marias McAdams. If you have any question about your information, or want it changed or deleted, email mariasmacfitness@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
This website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any similar tracking. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is nothing here for you to consent to or opt out of. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Our host may set a strictly necessary cookie in limited cases, for example to protect a form submission against spam or abuse. Cookies of this kind are required for the site to work securely and do not track you across other websites.
The only place this site collects personal information is the booking form on the Let's Train page. When you submit it, we receive:
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to you and arrange your training. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Please only include what is needed to arrange your session. If you choose to tell us about an injury or health history, that information is used solely to plan your training safely and is kept confidential.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website, and are emailed to the studio. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain your training records, and we delete them on request.
This site is hosted by Netlify. Like nearly all web hosts, Netlify keeps basic technical logs of requests, which can include IP addresses and browser information. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not use them to identify or track individual visitors.
We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies. You can read Google's privacy policy for more detail.
Where we link out to another website, that site is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email mariasmacfitness@gmail.com and we will action your request. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason to have an enquiry deleted.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
If how we handle information changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
